I am a seasoned psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience and practice, working well together with both individuals and couples. I am a Certified AEDP therapist and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) for relationships. In addition, I have advanced training in experiential EMDR therapy to process painful memories and traumatic experiences, and my work is informed by IFS. I am also passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
As a psychotherapist, I am active and compassionate, creating and holding a safe and affirming space, working together with you towards healing, personal growth and change through both in-person and online sessions.
I make use of therapeutic approaches that are deeply relational, somatic and experiential, emotion-focused, trauma-informed and attachment-based.
I embrace diversity and identity of all kinds in my practice including sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, age, religion, country of origin and partners that are consensually non-monogamous.
I welcome you to contact me.
“No matter how traumatic our histories, we are not just bundles of pathology. Lodged deeply within us are dispositions for healing and self-righting, there for the awakening.” – Diana Fosha, PhD
