“No matter how traumatic our histories, we are not just bundles of pathology. Lodged deeply within us are dispositions for healing and self-righting, there for the awakening.” – Diana Fosha, PhD
I am an experienced and seasoned psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience and practice. I am certified in AEDP and have a warm, empathic and deeply relational style. I support diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion in my work and welcome working with all individuals and couples including LGBTQ+ and relationships that are consensually non-monogamous.
I co-create a safe and affirming space to help you feel deeply listened to and understood, with the option of working together towards change and personal growth through tele-health Zoom and in-person sessions.
I offer individual and couples relationship therapy in addition to clinical supervision and training for clinical social workers and psychotherapists.
I am licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in New York, Georgia and South Carolina. I welcome you to contact me!
