    Individual Therapy

My work with individuals is informed by AEDP- Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, a research-based model of therapy that is experiential and emotion-focused, attachment-based and relational. AEDP can be particularly helpful and effective in enhancing personal growth, reducing depression and a variety of psychological symptoms including negative thoughts, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal problems, as well as improving positive psychological functioning including self-compassion, an overall sense of well-being and flourishing (https://aedpinstitute.org)

In addition to advanced training and certification in AEDP, I am also intensively trained in DBT- Dialectical Behavior Therapy. DBT provides effective coping skills and strategies to address life stressors and enhance living and thriving. I also have advanced training in EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and EFT.

As an experienced and skilled psychotherapist, my goal is to help you to feel better, whether that means creating more fulfilling relationships, feeling less anxious or depressed, or navigating life transitions.

My approach is empathic, authentic and warm, providing safe and affirming guidance in addressing concerns that might be related to:
